Shah Nawaz (Shaz) is a seasoned professional, equipped with natural leadership talents and business acumen with a proven record of accomplishment in assurance, risk assurance, and advisory during a career spanning over twenty years with Big Four firms in the UK, Europe, Africa, India, and the Middle East. Shaz served as head of assurance and head of FAAS for GT and CEO of Baker Tilly in the region.

Shaz has been a trend setter and set up the IFRS advisory, the center of financial services excellence, Offshore Centers, managed services, finance transformation, change management and trainings & development across the globe.

Shaz's vision for a global firm providing exceptional services and genuine client care led to the founding of Ballards Global. Shaz has served with ICAI chapters in the GCC region and currently serves as contact member for ICAEW in the region.

Krishna Parasad Dahal

Krishna is a dynamic and results-driven quality assurance team leader with a proven track record of excellence. As a Registered Individual in the UK audit-regulated framework, Krishna embodies a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

With over 25 years of experience, he has provided audit and advisory services to clients spanning healthcare, services, insurance, banking, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, technology, oil exploration, fintech, retail, fashion, and travel — advising leading companies across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia.

He serves as Chairman of the UK chapter of ICAI and served as a council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He co-founded the vision of a global firm with Shaz.

Shailla is an experienced PR & HR professional specializing in corporate communications, leadership development, employee engagement, and employer branding. She aligns HR and PR strategies to attract top talent, retain high performers, and enhance organizational reputation.

With a strong track record in training executives and corporate teams, she focuses on emotional intelligence, strategic messaging, and conflict resolution to build high-performing teams — working with CEOs, HR leaders, and PR teams on crisis communication, reputation management, and executive coaching.

Bayar is an accomplished Senior Practicing Auditor with extensive experience in accounting and auditing, specializing in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He established his practice, Bayar Associates, in 1992, growing it from the ground up and earning a strong reputation for high-quality financial and auditing services.

In May 2010, Bayar Associates merged with Hughes & Co, forming Bayar Hughes & Co — a milestone that expanded the firm's capabilities and client base. As Senior Practicing Auditor, Bayar oversees the auditing division, ensuring the seamless integration of the two practices.

Bayar is recognized for his strategic planning skills, business acumen, and dedication to fostering long-term client relationships. His expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance continues to drive the firm's success.

Umesh

Consultant – Founder, Hughes & Co

Umesh is a highly accomplished financial professional with a wealth of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax investigations. He established Hughes & Co in 1991, laying the foundation for a reputable firm dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses, both incorporated and unincorporated.

With keen analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations, Umesh successfully guided numerous clients through the complexities of tax investigations. In May 2010, he led the merger with Bayar Associates, forming Bayar Hughes & Co.

As a key leader within Bayar Hughes & Co, Umesh continues to shape the firm's strategic direction, focusing on comprehensive financial solutions and supporting business growth.
