Umesh was the founder of Hughes & Co, set up in 1991, which merged with Bayar Associates to form Bayar Hughes & Co in May 2010.
He has a wide range of experience in dealing with incorporated and unincorporated small and medium size businesses as well as tax
investigations.
Bayar set up his own practice in 1992. Over the years Bayar Associates has grown from strength to strength most recently merging with
Hughes & Co to form Bayar Hughes & Co in May 2010. Bayar has extensive experience in assisting small and medium size businesses and is
the firm's Senior Practicing Auditor.
With over 50 years of experience between the two directors, the company is well placed to support their clients both in times of prosperity and hardship.
